If you by chance find a problem while using Thudio, you could follow the steps below:

Screening posibilities 

  1. Make sure you're using the recommended version 
    • Read System Requirements for more information.
    • Make sure you're using use Sketchup version 2017 or later
    • Make sure you're using the latest version of Thudio (www.thudio.com)
  2. Make sure you have a good internet connection

General Case 

  1. Try closing and re-opening Thudio
  2. Try closing and re-opening SketchUp
  3. Try uninstall and re-installing Thudio
  4. Try to disable the firewall.

Persistent Case

If the problem persists, send the error message found in:

A. Error message A: Ruby console

  1. Open Windows> Ruby Console
  2. Keep Ruby Console windows open
  3. Repeat the action that causes the error (i.e: Extensions> Thudio)
  4. Copy and email the error message found in Ruby Console to Thudio

B. Error message B: Dev Tools

  1. Right-click in any Thudio windows> Show Dev Tools
  2. Open Console Tab
  3. Repeat the action that causes the error (i.e: Extensions> Thudio)
  4. Copy and email the error message found in Console Tab to Thudio
